Welcome
Our Values Committee is focused on serving as a vital link between Crewmembers and Leadership. Through your continued feedback and ideas on improvement of our work environment, within JetBlue rules and policies, we will continue to advocate for our crewmembers, culture and values. We aim to position our FLL station as a benchmark for all other JetBlue stations, creating a team-oriented environment, excelling not just in productivity but also in enhancing our customers' experiences. ...I'm on it...

Who is the Vice Chair Team?
We are YOU! The Airports Values Committee was founded in 2007 and is comprised of frontline crewmembers. It is built on the foundation of having a direct relationship with our Leadership Team. Our team consists of 5 Vice Chairs and 2 Co-Chairs who were selected by YOU to work for YOU! Our team pours everything into these roles to represent our Airports Crewmembers - whether it's supporting crewmembers through appeals, negotiating pay increases, or working through day-to-day work rule improvements that enhance the crewmember experience. As we enter another campaign, we remain committed to sharing facts with our Ground Operations crewmembers regarding why maintaining our Direct Relationship continues to be the best path forward.
